Easy Enrolment Process: The process starts with the user receiving a dedicated registration link or scanning a QR code to initiate the enrolment. The user then performs Secure Registration by entering their organizational credentials and verifying their identity. The Comsign Authenticator application supports the import of additional Tokens (which support the TOTP/HOTP algorithms), for example, Google and more. Once verified, the Comsign Authenticator app generates a unique SEED (cryptographic key) that is securely paired with the user’s identity, completing the setup and making the device ready for use.

The Authentication Process Architecture: When accessing a protected system, the user is prompted for a secondary authentication factor based on the three pillars of identity: Something you know (password/PIN), Something you have (the mobile device or physical token), and Something you are (biometric verification such as fingerprint or face recognition). The architecture utilizes the Comsign Authentication Server as a central gateway that validates the dynamic, time-synced OTP code against the synchronized SEED. This secure verification loop ensures that even if a primary password is compromised, access remains restricted unless all multi-factor parameters are successfully validated in real-time.

Management & Operational Control: The solution provides administrators with full visibility and control over the organizational security perimeter.
